“I own two dry cleaning stores and work so many hours that my wife and three kids were beginning to forget what I look like.

When I received the announcement that Glenn Shepard was coming to town to present his program on problem employees, my first thought was that I needed to go. But then the skeptic in me said “I really can’t afford to be away from the store, and I really don’t want to spend the money to do this”.

But the amount of time and aggravation I was spending on employee issues was so great that I knew I had to attend, and it turned out to be the best investment I’ve ever made.

Even better than the personnel problems Glenn helped me solve was the marketing. With his advice, I was able to get rid of a company I was paying $1300 a month, and start doing my own direct mail.

I spent a total of $2,066.40 on six mailings, and brought in an additional $32,295.13 in revenue (after discount).
